We love living at the shore in South Jersey. In 2003 we moved W.T. Hannan Builders to our summer paradise of Brigantine, and made it our permanent home. We know how it feels to only want the best for our community. That feeling is reflected in every home we build, no matter where it is.

Bill Hannan, founder, is no stranger to the tool belt ... he began his construction career as is best ... "from the bottom up."

While working as a steamfitter at the U.S. Navy Yard in Philadelphia, Bill branched out into construction, working with Four States Builders, Penn State Builders, and later with Prime Management, renovating hotels along the east coast. It is this past experience that has earned him the knowledge and understanding of each and every phase of building.

With Bill's strong love of the construction business, extensive experience and motivation, it was only a matter of time before he began his own company in 1985. After focusing mainly in Bucks and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania, in 2003 Bill and his wife, Kim, moved W.T. Hannan Builders to their summer paradise of Brigantine, New Jersey and made it their permanent home.
